Youth from south Vancouver stage an anti-bullying flash mob at Oakridge Centre

This YouTube video is making the rounds and I had to share. Video description says:

In honour of International Anti-Bullying Day, two schools (Churchill Secondary and David Lloyd George Elementary) came together to create a message of Acceptance and challenge others to use social media as a positive tool. Spread the word!

In the young faces you see the future of our city – diverse, spirited, optimistic and strong.

Nice, Mike! I've really loved the last couple of posts you've put up. It's so nice to see some positive stuff here that reminds us of what there is to love about our fair city. It would be great to see more items like this one and the corner store piece.

inspiring on so many levels. Those kids give me hope for a kinder more tolerant world.

I think you'll find most of the people who post on here are actually tremendously positive Diane. We love our city. It's moments like this that remind us of what an open and accepting city we live in.

The only time negativity plays into our actions is when we believe people are out to destruct what we've worked so hard to achieve.

So thank you Mike for passing this on. It's great to see the next generation of leaders already becoming so active in our society.

Love it!

Good job kids!!
