Best wishes and thank you for reading and joining in the dialogue throughout the past year. We very much look forward to the weeks and months ahead, and the wide range of subjects we have yet to cover.

We'll be spending time with family and friends over the next few days, and not posting often as a result. We hope you are also enjoying good company and partaking in the spirit of the season.

By the way, for those who are in a giving mood and still have a few loonies to spare for a good cause, our friend Vivian Krause has a great suggestion. She's a former UNICEF worker who has seen first-hand that the lack of desks and chairs in schools really is a major problem in some countries. She's found a cause which she thinks will make a big difference in many people's lives.

She's promoting an idea from MSNBC broadcaster Lawrence O'Donnell, who is asking support for purchasing a desk for a student in Malawi. You can read more about the cause at her blog.

Seasons Greetings from everyone at CityCaucus.com.

And a Happy New Year to all too.

Thank you for offering this conversation about our home. You may be over the top sometimes, but more often than not - you are right on. We need people like you that have the freedom to put things on the table for inspection and consideration. What we do with the information after that is up to each of us.

In this coming year we need you more than ever. Keep it up!

Merry Christmas

Ditto.

May 2011 bring joy, happines, hope and prosperity to all.

And Mike, you might want to think about protecting that view, now...;-)

I share the sentiments of those below.

The conversations here are often indeed stimulating and are particularly important because they are about not just where we live but, about our future in this special place.
