A Vancouver 2010 moment – perched on a "lifeguard" chair directing crowds downtown

I don't think anyone milling about downtown can be anything but impressed with the fantastic volunteers who are acting as ambassadors, and helping visitors (and even locals) find key sites. One of the more fun jobs must be to sit in the "lifeguard" high chair with a loudhailer, letting people know how to get to Skytrain or the Olympic cauldron. I caught this friendly gal just having fun, while answering questions of passers by. It's another one of those "Vancouver at its best" moments.
