Newly minted Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson joined BC Liberal Transportation Minister Kevin Falcon at the special Concord Pacific 20th Anniversary celebration Tuesday night. You may recall it was Falcon who weighed in on strongly on the ethics of Robertson's fare evasion scandal during the recent municipal election.

Other notables at the bash included former Mayor Philip Owen, councillors Raymond Louie and Suzanne Anton. Representing Vision Vancouver from the Park Board was the affable commissioner Aaron Jasper along with his NPA colleague Ian Robertson. Also in the crowd was Brent Toderian, Vancouver's top dog when it comes to land development issues. Former city councillor and fellow urban blogger extrordinaire Gordon Price could be seen mixing it up among some of Vancouver's social elite.

A number of media folks were also in attendance including Trevor Boddy from the Globe and Mail, Malcolm Perry from the Vancouver Sun and Frances Bula from Vancouver Magazine.

The event was hosted by Terry Hui and his Concord Pacific team.
